GENERAL POLICY

WE ACCEPT PAYMENT IN USD, KSH AND TSH. All booked activities need to be paid in full to our bank account or at our office in at least 3 working days before the activity takes place to avoid disappointment during the tour! CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations received within 48 hours before the starting time of a booked activity will not be charged . Cancellations done more than 48 hours before starting time of an activity will not be subjected to the cancellation policy. NO SHOW POLICY: If the group has not arrived in six hours after the starting time of a booked activity, Rift valley Cultural will not do the activity and no refund will be made to the agent or client. If changes need to be applied to the starting time of a booked activity, please contact us in advance. Payments should be made directly to Rift Valley Cultural at least 3 Business days before the activity takes place. Children below 5 years old are not charged. DETAILS FOR CUSTOMERS What should customers pack or bring with them/prepare for? In our tour at the village ,we recommend tourists to come with sun cream, hat ,small backpack, sunglass, mosquito repellent, and proper wearing clothe since we are in the village ,we should concern the clothe that fit the villages cultures and make tourists feel wanted too!
